My Story
I grew up in East Tennessee. At age 13, I started playing guitar and singing. I gave my first public concert in Oak Ridge, TN at age 16.
When I was 19, I moved to Nashville, roomed with a fellow songwriter and was quickly signed by ABC Dunhill Music. The same label that managed Jim Croce and Jimmy Buffet.
After a year or so, I left Nashville to return to college and finish my college degree. Not the best decision I ever made. My roommate stayed and went on to write hit songs!
I was very fortunate and enjoyed a wonderful career in Marketing and Business Management. In my Forties I began to focus once again on writing songs.
I started releasing music videos of my songs in 2020 and have had millions of views.
Thank you for being part of My Story. I look forward to sharing my music with you in the future.
